R Racing Expand Ginetta Junior Entry With Newcomer Radcliffe

R Racing will be expanding to a seven car line-up in the Ginetta Junior Championship powered by Sunoco Race Fuels for the first time with the addition of exciting young rookie talent Louis Radcliffe.

Radcliffe is set to become one of the youngest drivers ever in the illustrious history of the Ginetta Junior Championship, entering his debut race at Snetterton next month (15 August) at the age of just 14 years and 2 days old.

That puts him just one day off the all-time record, which came from another R Racing talent in Jarrett Clark as he debuted in the 2024 Winter Series at Silverstone just one day after his 14th birthday.

R Racing have a rich history of nurturing young racing talent at the earliest points of their careers. Alongside the youngest ever driver, they produced the youngest ever champion with Jesse Phillips’ Winter Series success last year, and the youngest ever race-winner with Leo Robinson in 2023.

Radcliffe makes the transition to car-racing with a great pedigree from karting. Gaining experience in Junior Rotax competition across the UK and Europe, he’s also been a multiple OKJN race-winner in the Champions of the Future series.

The Nottinghamshire based teenager will be contesting the final three rounds of the season ahead of a planned full-time programme in 2027. Following his debut at Snetterton, he will also be competing at Donington Park and Brands Hatch.

Radcliffe will be following in the footsteps of his father Mark, who is an accomplished GT driver with overall podium finishes in the British GT Championship and experience in the Formula 1 supporting Porsche Supercup.

The 2026 Ginetta Junior Championship powered by Sunoco Race Fuels continues next month (15/16 August), with R Racing set to enjoy their home event at Snetterton in Norfolk.
